"I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and was thoroughly disappointed with our experience. To start, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water kettle, air conditioner, and refrigerator, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The situation was further exacerbated during breakfast when a waitress rudely pointed at my wife and yelled at her because our 4-year-old daughter accidentally dropped an egg on the floor. We were still at the table, and our intention was to clean it up after we finished eating. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff was shocking and completely ruined our meal. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The absence of essential amenities and the poor treatment from the staff left a lasting negative impression on our family vacation. Save your money and look elsewhere."
