房間很寬敞，環境很不錯，住的31棟，很新有地暖，整體感覺很不錯，工作人員也很熱情！晚上還有打鐵花看，玩樂項目挺多的，雪道也很長，好玩！

真的踩雷啊，這個酒店現在所有的房型包括別墅區的陽台都不可以打開的，被封的死死的，很悶很悶！！！！晚上睡覺時候差點被悶死！！！我和朋友都反應這個問題完全睡不好！！！！半夜都是悶死差點！！！！問了他們説好像也沒辦法現在都是這樣陽台封起來的！！！那還有什麼意義？？？？

訂的套房，房間挺大，窗户還都給鎖了不讓出去，那你賣涼台房有什麼意義？房間裏還一股怪味兒，浴房裡那個縫隙都是發黃和發黑的黴，整體不是很乾凈，酒店大堂一進門那麼一小塊地毯，大家進來出去鞋底都是濕的，一踩到大理石地面滑得要命，前台一片混亂，早餐更是一言難盡，完全沒有服務可言，而且品種賊少又難吃，枱子上也是臟兮兮的，總之就是非常不滿意，不推薦入住。

從2020年底開始，每年2次來魯能（如今是華美）滑雪，今年（2024年底）感覺變化很大：擺渡車頻次少了很多，服務也不如今春，雪道開得少、訓練的人多，唯有房間硬件還維護着。
