"The hygiene is really terrible. There are all kinds of bugs in the room. Silverfish larvae are not cleaned up in the sink, and hair is not cleaned up in the toilet and bedding. I have never had allergies before, but after sleeping on the bed for two days, I got a rash that was so itchy that I couldn't sleep. I think it was dust mites or industrial waste cleaning agents. Very bad experience"

"After I’d paid the full payment with PayPal($150) & $20 in cash the owner made fraudulent transactions on my debit card he kept on file without my permission and even overcharged me for the extra amount without ever letting me to verify the transactions for the amount and my signature, no receipts were ever given to me for the whole entire stay. Then he even had the audacity to block my account from booking further because I didn’t give into his constant asking for overcharges apart from the online payment I’d made..! These people do NOT appreciate nor value the customers but defraud/extort to abuse the customers & systems of online unethically therefore they are disqualified for the reputable businesses as far as the fundamentals and ethics are concerned! As for the amenities, so many of them were yelling, screaming and talking so loudly disturbing me day and night on going bases it was just a nightmare!! No Kleenex available"
