Hotels Near Kazenomiya Shrine in Fukuroi

I spent five nights in the Kakegawa Grand Hotel in September 2019. The hotel is not too expensive but very close to the downtown and the train station. I saw the hotel as we pulled into the train station and I walked to dinner each night to a different restaurant. The Kakegawa Castle was a short walk to the end of the street. The hotel was clean and the staff spoke English with varying degrees of proficiency. Breakfast was good with plenty of western foods in addition to the Japanese items. Eggs cooked to order and a pot of brewed coffee were nice features. A very pleasant stay and I hope to return someday.

Stayed in August 2019. Business hotel located 5 minutes walk from the north exit of JR kakegawa station where the Shinkansen stops. The appearance and the room are clean and clean. Use for a night stay at fukuroi kakegawa kakemori Cho sightseeing. The parking fee was 1000 yen in the municipal parking lot. It seems that the fee is also charged on the premises. It is a good view because you can see kakegawa Jo castle from the room and hot springs. One room, but I gave ２ card keys for two stays. I tried without waiting after the hot spring. A little convenient.

I had a job in fukuroi city and stayed here. Close to national Route 1, access to Iwata city and fukuroi city is good, and there are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, very convenient location ^_^ There is also a large bath in artificial hot springs, which healed the fatigue of work! I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

Stayed on the Executive Floor. Very clean, comfortable, firm and wide double bed with somewhat hard pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk and rolling chair, and another wooden chair with a back massage pillow. Wifi was stable. Pajamas were thick. Declined the daily cleaning, however housekeeping staff hooked a bag of fresh towels, pajama set, green tea and bottled water to the door each day. Safety box above a small fridge. Amenity station in the lobby with assorted bath salts and other supplies. Also, liked the blackout shades that converted to a gentle screen. Check out the daily Happy Hour from 5 - 8pm just before dusk to have a pretty view of Hamamatsu station as the sun goes down. Had a variety of drinks, alcohol and rice cracker snacks. Overall, a great, convenient location. The annoying thing was I kept hearing faint knocking sounds from the plumbing or vents throughout my week long stay. For light sleepers, this can be a deciding factor. Will try another hotel next time.

There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

Stayed for 3 nights while touring Nagoya through to Shizuoka. Chose this hotel as I am a member. Not sure what benefits do I get as a foreigner but I think I can accumulate points for future use. Checkin was a breeze. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Minimal English is spoken. There is paid parking around the hotel. The room was a twin room with ample space for a large suitcase. Room was clean n came with free coffee and tea bags. Room was facing the traffic but the noise level was minimal. There is quite a lot of restaurants about 400m in the bustling nightlife street. The JR station is about 950m walking distance. Daiwa Roynet hotel has a much closer location to the JR station if you don’t drive. The Okura Act hotel has one of the best view if you willing to splurge on the top floors. The rooms start from the 30th floor,
