I found this hotel among the very expensive hotels around Hakata Station.
It's about 30 minutes by train from Hakata, but it was good value.
I arrived late at night, but there was always someone at the front desk, so it was reassuring.
I thought there was a fee for breakfast, but it was included in the room rate. You can choose between the restaurant buffet or a set meal at the udon restaurant. (The udon restaurant is open 24 hours.)
There is a 100 yen shop inside the hotel, and a convenience store nearby.
I would like to use this hotel again.

市内からバスで約30分かかります
設備も少し古めでした
その代わり宿泊代金は安く、それで釣り合いが取れている感じです。店員さんの対応も良かったです
周辺には23時まで空いているスーパー、お店などがあり便利ではあります
また、朝食代金が含まれており、バイキングもしくは敷地内の資さんうどんで朝食を取れるのは思いがけず嬉しかったです
