I stayed here with my child.
It seems that I made a mistake in my reservation and ended up staying in a smoking room.
When I asked the front desk if there were any non-smoking rooms available,
they said they were fully booked, so I decided to just accept it and stay.
It was helpful that they provided deodorant spray.
I guess it can't be helped since the hotel is old,
but the air conditioner was full of dust and tar.
The cigarette smell was overwhelming.
Everyone at the front desk was polite and nice.
It was very convenient as it was close to Hakata Station.
I would like to use this hotel again, so I will be more careful the next time I make a reservation.

룸 컨디션이 나쁘지 않아요! 막 엄~청 좋지는 않지만요.
다만 구석이나 에어컨에 먼지가 좀 있어요.
그러나 저렴한 가격으로 하카타역 근처에 머물고
친절한 서비스에 묵을 수 있는 비즈니스 호텔로는 낫배드!

Very good hotel location, close to the Hakata station (around 15mins walk). Comfortable room, perfect size for 1 person stay. May feel a bit crowded for 2 people especially with big luggages. Room is well insulated and central aircon option becomes heater during winter. Very helpful staf, easy check-in and some amenities provided on the first floor.
