Great location, clean room, and reasonable space, though the price is on the higher side. However, the attitude of one of the reception staff was unpleasant and affected our mood during the stay. The service staff at Pronto could also be a little more welcoming—a simple smile goes a long way and doesn’t cost anything 😊.

The hotel was conveniently located, 3 minutes walk to the station. The room was clean and had good amenities.
The check in and check out process was simple, via the machines in reception.
The breakfast was a great start to the day.
The staff kindly allowed me to leave my luggage with them while I explored Fukuoka for the day. Thank you.

the room was standard size of the Japan hotel, the staffs are very friendly(they can speak more than 4 languages), extremely fast check-in and check-out. highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay during Fukuoka trip - especially when you plan to eat and go shopping near Tenjin. Clean rooms, great services, with free breakfast included.

Single room is just super small that I can’t walk properly with my luggage opened. Though the location is quite close to Tenjin chill district
