The location was excellent, and having a microwave in the room was great.
The only disappointing thing was that as soon as I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. It smelled like a drain, and it bothered me so much that I asked to be changed rooms. My friend who stayed at the same time also said it smelled bad. I wish they would check it properly. Also, there was no delivery box, so I went to a nearby supermarket to get one, but recently many hotels have started selling delivery boxes, so it would be appreciated if they could take this into consideration.

Checking in and out was easy and efficient, location is good Close to Tenjin shopping area. The bed is a little bit hard but it was ok. The mirror is in the way not easy to use. Anyway I enjoyed the stay.
