I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay. Hotel interior was beautiful and pictures can’t do justice to how amazing the views of Mt. Fuji were. Service was incredible and the in room dinner was amazing. Would definitely come back for another stay.

There is a free shuttle service between Kawaguchiko Station and Fujisan Station. There is a Chinese guide at the front desk, and each place is clearly introduced. There are several free snack lounges, and the outdoor courtyard is also very beautiful.
We stayed in a room with a private bath. You can see Mount Fuji from the window. Although the view is a little slanted, it is still beautiful. You can enjoy the mountain view while taking a bath. In the morning, I was lucky enough to see the red Fuji.
The kaiseki dinner was exquisite and delicious. After dinner, there was a taiko performance and bingo games in the lobby. There were many activities arranged, and it was a very good stay experience!
