The hotel will only have shuttle service after 2:30. If you get off at Kawaguchiko Station, go to the information office on the left first. The station staff will help you contact the hotel, and then wait for the bus at platform 10. If you take a taxi before 2:30, the starting price is 900 yen. You can also call the hotel directly.

This is so far the best experience I had in Japan, the bell boy was waiting for us in front of the hotel.
We were specifically arrange a private room for our dinner and breakfast, unfortunately due to fogging we were unable to see Mt. Fuji during breakfast.
The in-room onsen was really fantastic with Mt. Fuji view.
