Quite an enjoyable stay at Toki. Intended to have a bbq at rooftop however they charge a very high rental and set up fee.
You can choose to opt out for daily housekeeping in exchange for 2000yen credit to purchase their items at reception. Varieties of item are limited though.

The villa-style hotel is very suitable for a family to stay. The rooms are new and clean. There are cooking utensils and cutlery and a stove. There is even a free bottle of red and white wine. You can go to the nearby supermarket to buy hot pot ingredients, which is super good. There is a projector on the first floor. I stayed for two nights and saw Mount Fuji from the rooftop every morning. It was a wonderful experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel to Lake Kawaguchi.

Firstly, the service was REALLY GREAT! Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly from the moment we checked in till we checked out. Then, the place really fascinated us~ There were so many amenities provided and you can find almost everything you need for cooking etc. It was also very cosy~ Will definitely come back
