用了4000多的價錢訂了玫瑰房，房間小得可憐連開行李嘅位置都沒有！設施殘舊，衛生情況不佳！有毛髮在溫泉上飄浮。那些風私人風侶都不敢泡。收拾得很慢！房間還要有幾隻大蜘蛛！對遊客完全不友好，舟車勞頓了一天已經非常勞累，check-in時還要問東問西⋯⋯已經影了我Passport要我填寫一大堆資料！連明知我生日歲數都要你寫？！什麼玩法？前台那個肥阿姨還要態度差劣！那個晚餐我吃了兩道菜，太難吃了直接走人。是時候換廚師啦

The hotel is on a hill, just ten minutes walking from the main road around the lake. Very nice rooms with terrace, hot tub and view of the Fuji mountain. Hotel has cool rustic look. Breakfast was ok.
