It's a B&B style, very clean, you can cook, there are large supermarkets nearby, and there are hot springs nearby.

New cottages which made from containers.
It was too cold there: outside temperature was 4-13 degrees, but inside even with full on of air condition on heating was very cold. We slept in clothes.. There are insects in room: we caught and taken outside 3 centipede and woodlice (I don’t know exact names as see them first time).
Bed squeaked very loudly. There was no normal duvet cover. Only 2 sheets with blanket.
Cottage is too far from bus stop and bus/train station. 30-45 mins walking to station and 15-20 mins to nearest bus stop.
You should pay for towels. There are no towels in cottage.

It is a very spacious place. Has the best view of the Mount Fuji just outside of the stay. It is more convenient to access the place by car. If you are planning to take the bus, it is the 2nd Lawson stop and about 1.5km walk. Would love to stay longer the next time.

The room is large and the bed is a capsule hotel type. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for friends traveling together. But it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is quite convenient. There is a kitchen for cooking. The scenery is very good under Mount Fuji.
