The hotel makes a good impression and is tidy and clean. The room, a small double room, is rather plain. The bathroom in the room is a wet room, like in a camper, very narrow and functional, not nice. The double bed is too small for 2 people and is more like a slightly wider single bed. A great hotel to stay if you want to have non-crowded onsen experience. Has smoking room on each floor, drawers filled with yukata, hair brush, cotton buds etc available on each floor as well. Upon reaching Kawaguchiko Station, you can use a pay phone and call the hotel to send someone to pick and send you to the hotel.
