Lo de menos es lo escueta que es la habitación ya que junta tanto la ducha y baño con la habitación en tan solo 16m2º. Al llegar nos sorprendió que las sábanas tuvieran varias manchas a pesar de estar la cama hecha, lo comentamos la mañana siguiente en recepción y de nuevo aunque no las mismas la cama estaba hecha al llegar pero con distintas manchas. Por lo demás el hotel está bien ubicado, recepcionistas majos y nos dejaron abonar la reserva el último día al hacer el check-out. Lo recomiendo para quizás una estancia de una única persona y muy escueta sin tener tiempo para disfrutar de las instalaciones ya que no dan más de sí.

Calidad precio esta bien, pedimos la habitación con la cama grande y nos gusto PERO odio los baños descubiertos, pierdes toda la privacidad siendo francos ni me gusta que mi pareja este cagando y yo escuchando y casi viendolo. Por otro lado el agua de la ducha se sale a la parte del bater y entrada. Al baño le doy un 0 . El resto si me gusto

Buen hotel para descansar, con aparcamiento en la propia puerta, aunque es difícil encontrar aparcamiento. La cama es cómoda. Y la habitación está renovada. La recepcionista fue amable. No hay ruido se descansa bien. El hotel tiene cafetería y restaurante, aunque Hay cafetería y restaurante en la misma calle, por tener otras opciones.

Es la 2 vez que repetimos yo y mi pareja por que nos gusto el parque warner e ir al centro de Madrid , la verdad que el hotel es muy limpio y la habitación está muy bien , en cuanto al personal ni una queja , entramos , nos vamos , comemos fuera , hola adió y poco más , lo recomiendo está muy bien , el aire acondicionado funciona de maravilla hay smart tv en la habitación con you tube y todo , yo volvería una 3 vez sin duda

La distribución del aseo- ducha muy moderna a base de mamparas de cristal pero para mi gusto poco funcional. El resto imponente, cama 10,trato 10, ubicación 10,y la comida trato en la cafetería restaurante de 10, Pd creo q tienen habitaciones con otra distribución, preguntar por ellas

Buen hotel a muy buen precio. La habitación es algo pequeña pero perfecta para descansar, el baño no tiene mucha intimidad. Lo mejor del sitio sin duda es el desayuno, muy buen precio y calidad. Volveré seguro.

El hotel de las mentiras. Gran cartel en la fachada" menú 10€" jajajaja, mentira. Pides información por teléfono, (una pena no haberla pedido por e-mail, así podría demostrar lo) y cuando reclamas lo acordado y se niegan, poco más que.llamar mentiroso al cliente, o decir que quien dio la información se equivocó, y ahora tú pagas las consecuencia. Camareros atiende con desgana, menú escaso. Una lastima porque las instalaciones son agradables y nuevas, las camas cómodas, limpio. Pero el personal que ahí trabaja degrada el hotel hasta los más bajos puestos que se puede. Lentitud, desgana, solo les interesa informar sobre lo prohibido ( fumar 50€ de multa, comer comida de fuera del establecimiento 50€ de multa, como he leído en otras opiniones Tienes que dejar una tarjeta de crédito para posibles desperfectos o cargos...) Pero la atención y la información.... En resumen Mal, Mal y Mal.

Buena situación, limpieza adecuada y personal amable . Situación perfecta para ir a los parques temáticos . No es difícil aparcar por lo menos en julio ...habitaciones amplias y confortables . Cafetería y restaurante en el establecimiento.
