這麼冷的天居然不開暖氣，前台説客流量達到才開，還是星級酒店，最後衹給了一個取暖器，這麼貴居然連個暖氣都沒有，酒店為了省電也是夠了，這樣的酒店遲早也走的不長遠，房間門無法反鎖，還要提一下反鎖，窗户能把手也是壞的，難怪評分這麼低

設施：半夜兩點一個燈故障了，自動亮起來了，竟然怎麼關都關不到。40幾分鐘後才幫忙解決。解決完人清醒了，醒到了天亮
衞生：早上起來洗臉，自來水放出來的水非常的混。
服務：服務員服務不行，有種店大欺客的感覺
