We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the New Haus. Every member of staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The room was huge, very quiet and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, it was nice to be able to sit quietly after the hustle and bustle of the cruise we had just finished. The hotel location was perfect, just a few steps from restaurants, cafes, shops and all of the sights of Fremantle. We will certainly stay again when we visit next and would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone visiting.

The attention to detail is amazing. We felt so welcomed and valued. Included in our stay was beer, wine and cheese platter in the brewery across the street from 5- 6pm. The room was very clean, well designed and spacious. So many great choices for food, drink and entertainment within walking distance. The staff were so friendly and inviting and accommodating.

Very happy to have stayed at this hotel. Clean and comfy, very handy to the Main Street of Freo. Appreciated the happy hour offer at the outdoor bar - a cheese platter and drink was a lovely touch. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast, it was very light on as a continental breakfast, better to go down the street. Only a small amount of muesli, yoghurt and toast. Very little choice. Otherwise very nice stay thank you!

Stayed for three nights pre cruise. Very comfortable, smallish room, lighting was not so good, but the location and staff were excellemnt. Just around the corner from many restaurants and a short walk to the Fremantle Markets. Close to Fremantle station. Breakfast was really good, fresh orange juice, meusli, youghurt and berries, plus bread and the very best ever fruit loaf to be toasted. A selection of teas and two coffee machines - free local newspapers as well. At night from 5 -6 free glass of wine or beer, plus cheese next door - a very nice way to start the evening. Staff were very friendly, and informative, and we were able to wait in the breakfast/reception area after check-out, until it was time for our taxi. Hightly recommended

We had a large group in 3 rooms here. It was a nice hotel, but what really stood out was the management. It turns out if you want to use the sofa bed, you have to let them know in advance. However, they were happy to get sheets (quickly) and help us get everything we needed for our group. Breakfast included delicious, super-fresh breads and hand made jams, and the last little treat was wonderful shampoos and soaps - true hospitality. It's also very centrally located for restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend.

The room was neat and tidy with a spacious king size bed which was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and approachable and eager to please. Breakfast and cheese and crackers at the bar over the road at night was a bonus. The security was great and the hotel was just off the main ***** with most attractions within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
