"Stayed here last year and I couldn't praise it enough . This year, the Hotel is still lovely, clean, secure car park, lovely swimming pool, but unfortunately the staff weren't as friendly or as helpful. The pool bar service was terrible, there was no one there half the time it had a sign saying go to the reception to ask for someone to serve. Numerous times we and other hotel guests went to reception and there was no one there either, terrible service and not what a pool bar is supposed to be like. A lady called Audry did her best to help . Yes I would still recommend this hotel for short breaks, unfortunately it's the lack of staff this year that let it down."

"I reserved and canceled a room in 48 hours, 5 days before the stay, for professional reasons. I was still charged the entire reservation. I explained my case by telephone and email to Booking, the hotel and the chain, asking to make an exception. Only Booking responded to me saying there was nothing they could do. The hotel in Puget sur Argens and B&B did not even deign to respond. They took the money and are satisfied with it. €223 for 48 hours of reservation without any form of attempt to understand my case, this is unacceptable, revolting and a disastrous concept of service. I strongly advise against it."

"The rooms are too small. The view of the road and the green fields beyond are actually pleasant. The reception staff and restaurant are wonderful. Breakfast was nice and varied. The decorations are candy themed which was different but pleasant! We were given room 102. Next to the elevator but it was quiet. The only issue we had was the next door guest who decided to make their room a pot smoking den. Because the rooms have balconies, the unpleasant smells of adjacent rooms feel like they are in your room. I would stay at this hotel again, for the price, it is a good value in Frejus."

"We had a fabulous week at Odalys Great location surrounded by pines and opposite a lovely nature reserve with a lake Lovely pool all kept very clean Super welcoming and very helpful staff Easy cycle down to the village and beach Supermarket and a fantastic fruit and vegetable shop, Joseph’s were 5 minutes walk away This was our third stay and will definitely visit again soon"

"Mixed experience – some disappointments for a "spa hotel" The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, not bad, but nothing special either. The biggest issue for us was the spa. It’s not included in the room price, and even after paying, you can only book limited time slots (10–13 or 15–18). This means if you want to use it both in the morning and evening, you have to pay twice. For a hotel that advertises itself as a spa destination – and with room prices on the higher end for the region – this policy was very disappointing. We initially thought the spa access was included. Also, I found it quite strange that I wasn’t allowed into the pool with a brand new swim short. They said only traditional swimwear (briefs or tight-fitting swimsuits) were allowed for "hygiene reasons," which I don’t really understand. My swim short was completely clean and never worn before."
