Suite à un problème de réservation via Booking, non de notre fait, on nous a donc été dirigés vers votre hôtel afin de régulariser cette situation désagréable. Je tiens à dire que j'ai passé de bons moments dans l'hôtel et que nous en garderons un bon souvenir. Bonne accueil, bon petit déjeuner diversifié et attentif à nos besoins. Merci

L’horreur . Chambre sale ménage non fait, à l’arrivé un vacancier encore dans notre chambre , petit dej digne de la cantine du collège . la sécurité au secours ! . 1 seul avantage l’endroit ou est situé l’hôtel . Nous n’y remettrons pas les pieds ça c’est sur.

Séjour de 2 jours pour festival Pas au niveau , à part petit déjeuner moyen , hygiène à revoir , personnel non qualifié, problème interne avec leur responsable, les 3 étoiles sont dans le ciel à mon humble avis 🤣, je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils sont noté 4,5 chez booking 🤔

Je ne comprends pas comment cet hôtel a obtenu ses 3 étoiles… une chambre sale, poussiéreuse, qui n’a jamais été nettoyée au cours de notre séjour (3 nuits) et dont les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées ! L’eau du jacuzzi était pleine de sable et jaunie par la saleté. La salle de bains est minuscule, et la cabine de douche assez basse, il vaut mieux ne pas mesurer plus d’un mètre 80… certains joints sont foutus, les meubles EXTRÊMEMENT cheap, certains tiroirs/placards sont cassés… Nous avons dû descendre à la réception pour avoir du papier toilette, car le room-service ne mettait jamais les pieds dans la chambre ! Bref À ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX !!

Le ménage dans notre chambre laissait à désirer . L'eau du jacuzzi n'était pas propre du tout . Lit cassé, matelas creusé, donc très inconfortable quand on dort à deux... Beaucoup de choses à améliorer ! Personnel sympathique, heureusement !

Ci è stata data una camera più piccola di quella prenotata perché pioveva e lidromasdaggio ed il balcone non si sarebbero potuti utilizzare perché non c’è copertura. La camera che abbiamo avuto era a piano terreno con molte formiche e l’idromassaggio, posizionata fuori dalla camera, era inutilizzabile perché fredda e per aumentare la temperatura ci sarebbero volute 5/6 ore

Ne pas se fier aux avis de certaines personne ayant 1 contribution !! C'est un piège ! J'ai pu remarqué et entendu que le propriétaire actuel demandait à des clients qu'il connaissait de noter positivement son hotel pour remonter la côte de son établissement !!! Les avis négatifs sont à tenir en compte L'établissement ne mérite pas d'être ouvert avec de telles installations par exemple pour ses détecteurs incendie et fumée...rien n'est correcte...

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel cela fais maintenant 1 ans que j'y sejourne souvent depuis qu'il y a eu le changement de propriétaire tout est au top, les nouveaux jacuzzi, les petits travaux en cours ainsi que le personnel très agréable et compétent, le professionnalisme et la serviabilité de la grande brune (Amelia) et aussi la grande blonde Allez y les yeux fermées !! Au top
