Very terrible customer service. I give them 50$ for a deposit and only get $30 back. Bathroom was old and moldy Shower curtain had mold. I pulled back the sheets and the mattress cover was yellow color. I can only imagine why. Very rude morning crew. I don't know why he would think I would lie about my deposit. Then just because I came in around 4am my reservation was cancelled and he didn't know how to reinstate my reservation. Please train your worker's to count and use the computer. The morning crew really were struggling. But just remember they kept $20 from my deposit. I can only imagine how they may do you. For what my room looked like and for how I was treated at the front desk I should be asking for a full refund. But they can keep the money to hopefully use towards renovations and upgrades. The place looks and smells terrible
