This is a lovely hotel, newly renovated with fresh furniture & colors We were upgraded to a spacious & comfortable suite. Christina at the front desk in the evening was friendly & helpful. The parking lot is extremely well lighted & safe. Kitchen attendant Gary was cheerful & personable. He did a great job managing the breakfast area with food continually full & also kept incredibly clean & neat, thank you! We know from years of traveling thats not easy with people constantly in & out. Clearly this hotel has very good management. We highly recommend this hotel & are actually staying again in a couple nights. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This hotel was very easy to find and right off the main road. Very brightly lighted parking lot - which is always good. We had never been here and didn’t know what to expect but the hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are probably the nicest Hampton Inn rooms we have ever stayed in. Plenty of plug ins and ports for your technology. We were very impressed!

Nice hotel in a good location with free parking. Lobby, hallways, rooms, and bathrooms are clean, modern, and functional. Staff was accommodating. The breakfast included with the room charge was good. Experience was worth the price of stay. Enjoyed our accommodations and would recommend this hotel. I would stay here again...Just a note...A popular hotel so when booking your reservation I recommend asking if there are any events at the hotel during your stay and if so, request a room on the upper floors to avoid any noise issues

A mixed bag for sure. Checkin out as prompt and friendly but no acknowledgement of my gold status which I’m sure isn’t a huge benefit at a Hampton Inn but I believe it was supposed to be free bottled water and a food credit. The rooms were nice and well updated as were the common spaces. Breakfast was ok. Not much for a vegetarian that wasn’t sugar laden. Some plain yogurt with granola and eggs without added meat would be nice. The big issue for me was my shower would not drain at all and I finally had to unscrew the drain and pull out hobs of hair. Pretty disgusting and something they should be checking…

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. My stay has been satisfactory each time I was there. However, I have never felt this hotel had that bit of extra elegance that many Hampton Inn locations have. You will get a clean, recently renovated room here and a decent breakfast in the morning. If you need a decent place to sleep for the night, this is a good choice. This hotel also has a quieter location further back from the highway versus the other Hampton Inn in Frederick which faces a major highway interchange. This is a good bonus you get staying here. You just aren't going to get that extra "Wow" that you'll get at other Hampton Inn locations.

Arrived 8:30pm, check in simple enough. Staff pleasant, and professional. Hot breakfast well cared for, and all fresh and available. Room clean, and supplied well. One sock from previous customer was on floor under suitcase rack. Would stay here again.

Impressed with the room, spacious for a family. My children fell in love with the room, breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was perfect, it is few steps from the highway. You have variety of food for breakfast.

Bed bugs!!!!!! Hotel seemed clean until I pulled back the sheets to put my daughters to bed and there it was! A dead bed bug. My picture is proof. The management didn’t even offer to find me a new hotel at one of the other Hilton properties. Run fast from this place!
