Very good

Great check in. Very friendly; asked us if we'd like a specific room; near or far from elevators? Though very busy they were fast and friendly. Room was comfortable. Mostly quiet but we did hear somebody's tv in the middle of the night. Good experience. We are Drury converts; use them because of the free drinks and breakfast; both of which we missed out on because we were with friends. However, this one has a restaurant next door (in the same parking lot). Restaurant next door has a full bar and food.

Very few hotels seem to do bacon, beans etc so they all start to become the same with the choice of a morning. Popcorn free in the lobby as well. Nice view from the 7th floor In all a nice place to stay

It is a very nice hotel overall, clean and modern with an excellent location close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The front desk was polite and friendly, with the exception of the rude young man at check out who couldn't make eye contact or even smile and seemed bothered he had to put his cellphone down for a minute. Located by a very busy highway, there is definitely some low-grade road noise as well. Breakfast and dinner were good, though basic, with an attentive staff who kept everything stocked and the area clean.

Quiet, comfortable room on the 7th floor. With view of the neighboring high school’s stadium. Ample luggage carts to assist with luggage, etc. We were lucky to be able to check in early. Note that the hotel is on Central time. Our King room was bright and clean. Note that many of the room photos here do not represent the current updated, fresh room decor. Complimentary evening drinks and light dinner are offered along with a plentiful breakfast buffet. Appreciated the large seating area for dining as so many other hotels have very limited space. Convenient location for exploring charming Franklin and the area. Would gladly return.

Very nice, friendly staff, nice surprise complementary popcorn, food, and drinks. Easy check in and out process. Large room, Clean comfortable good location outside of Nashville not too much traffic. Plenty of places close by to see. Would stay again

My issue is that on 2/15/2024 I reserved a handicap hotel room at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Franklin, TN for 5 nights from 8/22/2024 through 8/27/2024. However, I was NOT aware that I was dealing with Priceline, it looked on-line as if I was dealing with the Drury directly. Anyway here is what happened: - Immediately upon completing the transaction I checked my e-mail and saw that the room was double-booked... 2) rooms for 5 nights at $1,139.13 x 2 = $2,278.26 - Within seconds I called the # and notified them of the error. This is when I found out that it was Priceline that I was actually dealing with. - They told me that the room was final, and no cancelations were allowed. - I told them that it was their mistake for double-booking me. - After a month of back and forth between Priceline and the Drury I finally received a credit for the 2nd room for $1,139.13 - On 8/22/2024 I showed up with my family at the Drury Plaza Hotel and they notified me that my room reservation was totally cancelled. So, I had no room at all to stay in. - I was finally able to get a room from the Drury, but not a handicapped room and although I had already paid for the room on 2/15/2024 on my VISA, I had to pay full price again. - The Drury said that they had no control over Priceline - Priceline said that they have no control over the Drury - So, I am stuck in the middle and have to pay for a room that I never received because the Drury cancelled both rooms, and Priceline only refunded me one room Anyway, I was notified that I need to take it to small claims court between Priceline, the Drury, and VISA (for not helping me with dispute resolution).

We had a great time at the Drury Hotel in Franklin, TN, during our 1st James Family Reunion. Overall, my experience was very positive. The room fee was reasonable. The food service was good, and my room was nice and comfortable, although the mattress was too firm for my liking. The housekeeping and front desk staff were extremely friendly. I appreciated how clean the hotel was. Plenty of seating was available in the lobby for my family and other guests to mingle and enjoy themselves. Daniella Aquirre handled our reunion arrangements; and showed great patience and kindness in dealing with my numerous emails and phone calls. I had the chance to meet her during check-in, and she kindly provided my family with suggestions on where to go to enjoy the city. I definitely will recommend your hotel to others.
