Franklin Marriott Cool Springs

First time staying here. It was a good stay. A few things need improving. The WIFI in our room was incredibly slow and that was a big problem as we were trying to select homes to go visit. I wish there were more healthy options at breakfast, like a big bowl of granola and greek yogurt. Food that was there was good and coffee was excellent. Service was good at breakfast. The girl checking us in hotel must have been new as she didn't tell us where elevators are so we headed wrong way and then had to ask her. Also, we are Titanium Elite and she didn't tell us that breakfast is not served in M Club on weekends. We had to head to desk and then they gave us a coupon for restaurant.

We came for a wedding at a nearby venue. The hotel location was convenient and the hotel itself was fine. However, the food service is another story. Saturday morning we went to the breakfast buffet to find virtually all of the food gone. 30 to 45 minutes after we arrived some additional food was put out, but by that time we were ready to go. The next morning was worse. When we arrive at the “wait to be seated” sign, no one came. Others stopped to tell us they had been waiting on their bill and had seen no sign of anyone to help for some time. We finally decided to seat ourself. We past the server who served us yesterday and she said “go ahead and sit there and someone else will be there to help. No one came and the server we passed spent the next 20 minutes talking to a table with no other servers in sight. This experience just confirms my belief that the quality of Marriott locations has significantly deteriorated since the Marriott family left the business. I have titanium elite status and never experienced any of these issues when the Marriott family was still in charge. Very sad. The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, but the food service is in need of a serious overhaul.

During our recent stay at the Franklin Marriott Hotel, my girlfriend and I experienced a significant privacy breach that raises concerns about the hotel's security measures. On April 14, 2024, an unauthorized individual accessed our room using an access card while we were inside. This disturbing incident was compounded by the lack of communication from the hotel staff; not only was there no immediate apology, but the response was merely an impersonal award of 10,000 points, which does not suffice given the gravity of the situation. Additionally, the service throughout our stay fell short of expectations. Key amenities were unavailable, my Titanium member status went unrecognized, and basic courtesy like announcing oneself as housekeeping before entering a room was neglected. While the location of the hotel may be convenient, the oversight in security and guest recognition significantly overshadowed our experience. It's disheartening that a brand like Marriott has not taken immediate and effective steps to address such a severe lapse in guest safety and service standards. I hope that by bringing this to light, future guests will not have to face similar issues.

Good hotel, excellent location. The hotel rooms are showing some signs of age. Rooms look older and in need of an update. Refrigerator was not plugged in and there was not an ironing board. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was good. Overall an okay hotel option.

Franklin Marriott Cool Springs is a great place to go for a quality stay when you are in the area. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. I really like the location and everything that they have available here.

This was the second time I stayed at the Franklin Marriott Cool Springs. Staff were sharp and helpful. The room was clean and met all my expectations. The only thing that was less than acceptable was the food service at Stave Regional Kitchen and Lounge. Staff there were unprepared to answer questions (language barrier), the food itself was mediocre, and the prices were not commensurate with the quality/service. Other guests made similar comments.

Nice facility and room. Front desk was fine. If you stay here, bring a sweater. It is about 66 in the common areas. The big negative is the M club. Very disappointing compared to other M clubs we have visited. Evening hors d’oeuvres consisted of a selection of 2 mushy heated up things. For wine there was a dispenser with 4 or so different wines. The wine is dispensed after you swipe your room card. Your room is charged about the same price as the lobby bar. I don’t recall ever having to pay for wine in an Mclub other than tipping. God knows how long the wine has been in the dispenser. We skipped the whole thing and ate at the restaurant. The breakfast the next morning was not as good as Springhill Suites. One of the reasons we stay at Marriotts as a Titanium member is because we enjoy unwinding at the Mclub . Not here.

Facility was nice. However Our Room had the carpet so worn that tack down strips were visible and we had to place a towel over the ***** to protect out feet. Coffee maker did not work. We stayed a week and through out the stay there was trouble with all the mile beings curdled and out stale!
