Hotels Near RiedbergZentrum in Frankfurt

The hotel is tired and the staff are not interested at all!!! Arrived and the staff were no where to be seen, only for one member to be eating, sat in a jumper and i was asked to wait until they had finished eating... A very young boy then came and served me, only to be the one that gave me the wrong information on where my meeting room was the following morning. There is no air-conditioning, there is no coffee making a facilities, the pillows are so flat they cannot be classed as pillows. There is no iron and ironing boards in the rooms, there are stains in the bathrooms and the overall rooms are well worn. I also hired a meeting room, on check in the staff said 7th floor, only to find out the room was on the 1st floor. I asked for breakfast and drinks - I was offered 2 mini pastries, nothing else, until I went and questioned them - 1 hour later other food was brought up but it was too late. The hot drinks were not stationed by the food - the expectation was to walk down 2 flights of stairs every time to get a hot drink! The facilities were terrible and I was to pay of £450 for 4 hours to use VERY POOR facilities - I have stayed at this hotel 3 times as it is convenient to attend meetings, but myself and my team (we had 5 rooms this time) will not stay here again! Poor facilities and the costs are outrageous!

The hotel is very convenient, but the price is not worthwhile. The hotel is located in the large shopping centre (which has the same name) near the hotel. I also took a taxi to the central station. I was charged EUR 23. The room was large and the comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very good. The dining room is functional without any more. The hotel has a very convenient garage to leave the car and go to the city in Metro if you want. The view is that of a great city. I had a ”bird flight” from my window on the large glass roof of a large public pool (Open to all, at EUR 12 for 2 hours).

It was a nice stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean and made a good impression. The room of me had no beautiful view, but from the hall there was a nice view of the skyline. The lack of staff at check-in was confusing at the beginning but the condition of check-in machines was simple and it went quickly. Breakfast was also good and you had a pleasant night

I chose this hotel because we used to live just a block away and I was very familiar with the area. Although it is located about a 20j- to 30-minute walk from downtown Frankfurt, there is a subway station right across from the hotel, which makes it very easy to get into town. I particularly like this hotel because it was not right downtown and it had free parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms aren't large, but all we ever really need is a clean place to sleep and a good shower. We would recommend this hotel.

Я останавливался в данном отеле всего на два ночи во время экскурсионного тура по Германии в сентябре 1998 года, но почему-то этот отель мне запомнился. Что мне больше всего запомнилось, так это то, что через дорогу от входа есть поле с небольшими деревьями. Это создавало ощущение, что отель находится не в одном из самых крупных городов Германии, а где-то за городом. Вокруг отеля нет плотной застройки, поэтому в комнате было очень светло и солнечно. Меня сразу заселили в номер, очень приветливый персонал. Холлы, коридоры и лифты в отеле были новыми и чистыми (вообще было впечатление, что отель недавно открыли). Он находится далеко от исторического центра города, но рядом (в шаговой доступности) находятся две станции метро. Моя комната была не сильно большой, но обставлена современной новой мебелью и использована в ванной новая сантехника. Постельное белье у меня было новым и чистым, немного разноцветным (не абсолютно белым). Окно моей комнаты выходило на вышеуказанные поля. Завтрак был по системе ”шведский стол”, но не отличался большим разнообразием, зато был вкусным. Я помню этот отель и с удовольствием остановился бы там снова, если бы мне представилась такая возможность.

My stay at the hotel in Eschborner Hof was unpleasant experience for me. The first telephone contact after my booking was very nice, and was not to be challenged. It may be that there are rooms with superior equipment but I haven't read anything in the description at Booking.com, or that you can only get miserable rooms from a certain price. The furniture or beds on the photos are not present in a normal single room. I had travelled to Frankfurt from UK on business and was staying here for the first time. I had looked at the Hotel website before I left the UK to familiarize myself with the facilities available. My experience here was even better than the lovely photos on the website! What a gem this hotel is. It was a perfect base for me to be able to concentrate on work during the day knowing that I would eat and sleep well and be ready for work again the next day. The hotel was warm, very clean, quiet, very comfortable bed and pillows, lots of hot water for showers, reliable WIFI and a very tasty in-house menu for dinners. The staff were friendly and attentive and worked as a united team. It is a very well managed hotel. I look forward to staying here again when I am next in Frankfurt.
