As soon as I entered the door, I felt that the room was very humid and the ground was covered with water. It turned out that the curtains that had just been washed were hung directly in the room and were even dripping. There were spider webs on the ceiling, and there were many candy wrappers from previous residents under the bed. The closet door was loose and ended up falling off. The bathroom is all glass and there are no anti-collision signs. Children bumped into it several times. The environment nearby is quite chaotic outside.

房間沒有雙人床選項，很遺憾，其他都很好。特別喜歡廚房，衞生間寬敞舒適。地理位置離中央火車站很近，到周圍景點步行可以特別方便。

It was good value for money and was generally excellent, including kitchenware and laundry facilities. I'll come again.

I booked the apartment for 4 nights because I was attending a training course in Frankfurt and wanted an apartment with a kitchenette. The online check-in worked smoothly, which is a plus point. The rooms, however, are a disaster. The shower was completely moldy, there were strangers' hairs in the bed, the kitchen was so dirty that I didn't want to cook there and the walls also looked very worn. However, customer service was quick to reach and provided me with a new (larger) apartment for the night and a cleaner would come to my original apartment the next day. However, my new apartment was not 100% clean either and I felt very uncomfortable. After contacting customer service several times, I was finally able to cancel after one night free of charge and with a full refund and look for a new hotel. For that, I give it 1 star! Unfortunately, it was also not possible to turn off the air conditioning/ventilation completely.

Excellent location. The rooms with a small kitchen are nice but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty floors, room too hot despite the heating being turned off. The air also suffocates you with dust. It's a shame, the rooms are also nice but considering that they also offer long-term service it is unthinkable to be able to stay in such a place for months and months.
