Disappointing for a four star. As we arrived prior to check in time, we asked if we could leave our bags in a luggage room. The nice lady at reception put tags on our bags beside the desk and we went about our business, assuming they would be put into a secure room. We had valuables such as a laptop in the bag. We were disappointed to see our two cases still beside the desk when we came back to check in. There was new staff on reception at this point, we picked up our bags without anyone asking for verification that they were ours - not very secure! On the Saturday night, there was a very loud party going in until after 4am a couple of rooms down meaning we got hardly any sleep. Definitely not soundproofed rooms as advertised!! At 4am I could hear commotion in the hallway so I opened my bedroom door to ask them to be quiet. I was very surprised to see a deliveroo driver dropping off food. I did not think it was acceptable for a deliveroo driver to have access to the bedrooms at that hour of the night. We arrived back to the hotel late on the Friday night and there is no security checks at the reception. The door is open and we freely walked up to the third floor no questions asked. Usually the front doors of hotels are manned during the night to ensure safety of it's guests. The hotel did not feel secure. The mini fridge was poorly stocked and when I rang down for prosecco (which is on the mini bar menu) I was informed they did not have any. This was disappointing given it was NYE. Because of covid rules the hotel bar was closed so we couldn't access any drinks in the hotel. It was a double room but did not have a double bed. Two single beds which moved easily out from the wall when sitting up in the bed. Bathroom was nice but smell coming from drain. Disappointing stay overall.

Overall good, still room for improvement. Don’t have a fridge in the room, don’t serve bottle water. Room space is slightly small comparing with others Clean and comfy

Stayed two nights at the Manhattan Hotel for a business trip to Frankfurt. The hotel itself was perfectly fine, nice reception area, staff very friendly and efficient. The room itself was clean, although the shower in the bath needed a bit of attention as it basically shot water at the wall, so you had to lean to get wet!! Also there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room which was a surprise. Kind of expect it these days. The review would have been 4* but for the location of the hotel. It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. The next evening, walking back to the hotel a man being chased by a gang nearly got killed under a car. And Niddastrasse which runs away from the hotel can only be described as a scene from the Walking Dead. It was horrific and at times very intimidating. I appreciate this is nothing to do with the hotel, but every time you use the front door you have to run the gauntlet. And it’s not fun let me tell you.

Hotel is fresh, clean, visually fun, we’ll located for the Meade Hall and convenient with the mall attached. I got in after a very long international flight quite early in the morning with hopes they could squeeze me in, and Frank at the front desk worked miracles. Not only did he get me in, but he upgraded me! I came for my first trip to Heimtextil and the location was perfect. The mall attached made it super easy for coffee, snacks, groceries if needed, clothing items you may have forgotten. The room is clean, fresh, has meaningful extras like a towel warmer. The bed is firm and supportive and the pillows were good too. I normally get neck pain after sleeping on hotel pillows but not here. 10 out of 10 great service!!!

Nice bedroom. Big and spacious. There is a supermarket just across the hotel and everywhere is within walking distance including to old town. Will definitely stay again
