Room 406 could use some redo of the drainage on the shower but overall I’m happy with my stay here the rooms are modern style I love modern , the sheets were pure white I appreciate house keeping a lot for this I hope they maintain the standard. Note booked 2 rooms. Upon arriving the front desk couldn't find our reservation. Eventually that was sorted. When we got to our rooms, there were no towels. However the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. At breakfast we the food was good, however we had to follow up to ask for our drinks, which only ended up arriving after we finished eating even though we ordered drinks before the food. We had asked for late check out and to keep our luggage in 1 of the rooms. After moving everything to one room and going downstairs we got asked to move our luggage to the other room as they had a check in, which was a little inconvenient but we did so and carried on with our day, upon arriving back before the scheduled check out time we go to the room to find all our belongings were gone. Went back to the front desk and they didn't know were our belongings were. To find out house keeping moved everything back to the original room. When asking to speak to the manager and voicing our concerns, we got a less then interested apology until we said our reviews off our stay would reflect to which his attitude then changed. The internet was also sub par. The lodge itself, we nice and affordable, however the staff have some way to go.
