I was in a good mood and chose a mountain view room with my lover. However, I found that the air conditioner did not work, the wireless network did not work, and the light was broken. I contacted the front desk to have someone come to repair it. The air conditioner could not be repaired. The light bulb was replaced, and the wireless network Unable to activate due to arrears... I asked to change rooms, and offered to change to the same room type. After looking at it, I found that the conditions were much worse, and then told me that the price of this room type was higher than what we had booked, and said that we would upgrade it for free. You are responsible. Am I stupid! I endured it and spent a terrible night in a room with no air conditioning, no wiff, and loud decoration noises in the morning. I don’t want to give more than one point to this emotion. All in all, the experience was very bad!

Department team building, the place is nice, clean and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. However, the water in the soaking pool is too small, and it takes a long time to fill it up, which is quite laborious. However, I will come again next time

Service responds quickly. Beautiful environment! The swimming pool is big enough. The kids had a great time. The room was also very clean and comfortable, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The better thing is that you and the room have a balcony. Lots of sunshine. Great place for vacation.

環境優美舒適，安靜、挺不錯

國慶臨時安排的一下，價格是可以接受的，開始定的時候也很害怕衞生不到位，因為很少定民宿在其他酒店管理公司的連結上也看到主要是衞生問題，到了之後還是挺滿意的，別墅比較新，廚房洗手間都沒有異味這個非常好，帶小朋友放心了，有問題找管家回覆及時。

很不錯呢 已經去了兩次 👍
