I originally booked another hotel, but later I saw that this hotel is more convenient for travel, and there is a subway just outside the door. I have stayed at InterContinental in other cities before, and this brand is still trustworthy. The environment is excellent in all aspects. Here I want to focus on the front desk (Barbara Wang)!!! Kind, gentle, and sweet-looking. We booked two rooms. Because we don’t smoke, there is a slight smell of smoke in the room. Barbara Wang personally went to the room to check, and later upgraded it. She was busy and considerate of our customers. She really treated the guests as family members, and made us feel like a home away from home. Thank you very much. It is quiet and comfortable. There are shopping malls nearby, which are very convenient for eating and parking. The price is also right. Candy Zhang was very polite when receiving guests, and the service details were also very nice. During the stay, I experienced the service of the executive lounge. The lounge environment is quiet and comfortable, which is very suitable for office work. During this period, I met the lounge staff Amy, Cathy, and Kait. They are very warm and generous, and very meticulous. The afternoon tea in the lounge is also very good, combining Chinese and Western styles. After checking out, I received a return call from Lily in the lounge, and felt the hotel's care. Overall, this stay in the hotel exceeded expectations, with complete and new facilities, caring service, and quick response. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and convenient for travel. The breakfast is delicious and nutritious. I feel the comfort and warmth of home here.
