很好客的老闆，停車方便。天台很有特色，老闆自己養了很多花花草草很美。還能喝茶，健身。搖椅。很適合一家人出行。房間乾淨衞生。

該民宿距三水區南山鎮鎮政府所在地僅三公里的幸福村裡，交通方便，路況好，開車幾分鐘就到；民宿裝修得體，設施齊全，各種房型都有，樓頂還專門有供住客喝茶、納涼、賞景的地方；衞生較好，床上用品一客一換，窗明幾凈，讓客人住得放心、安心；民宿老闆服務熱情周到，有問必達，主動向客人介紹民宿附近的景點，讓住客有賓至如歸之感。下次路過還要到這裏來住！！

因為很晚才到住的地方，所以很多夜晚有特色的節目都沒欣賞到，但得到了房東的熱情接待，而且他很貼心介紹了住宿中需注意的事項，以及推介我們上他家天台看看，並且介紹了當地的歷史人文及一些特色美食、特色遊玩地等，房東很有修為和涵養，態度又謙和，而且還打開天台的門讓我們上去參觀和看夜景，天台擺放了燒烤和歎功夫茶的用具，以及雕塑品，還有可以健身的器具等，只是我們明天要去南丹山，所以也算留點遺憾下次再玩啦！我們第二天上了天台，觀賞了天台的晨景，然後去到村口享受了一餐開業有二十多年歷史的越南特色腸粉和粥什麼的，吃得開心，住的舒心，然後向著南丹山森林公園出發！

民宿村莊環境很好，涼爽乾淨，老闆很好，服務熱情，房間還可以，裝修較簡單，頂樓可以喝茶，小孩可以盪鞦韆玩耍。停車很方便。
