O Hotel é antigo mas muito bem conservado. Tudo muito limpinho e o melhor de tudo é que é pertinho do calçadao e mar, dá pra andar tranquilamente a noite . Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Só a cama é muito mole ( aí é um gosto meu) mas de resto sempre que for a Fortaleza voltarei ao SEAMAR, pois o preço é bem acessível.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma
O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao aterro da praia de Iracema, porém necessita de uma reforma nos quartos/banheiro e trocar o mobiliário. O quarto e banheiro são bem limpos, porém o mobiliário é velho. O café da manhã é bem simples e acredito que seja o mesmo cardápio diariamente. Hotel também precisa se informatizar, ficha de check in é em papel, chave do quarto não é magnética é literalmente uma fechadura manual, sem isolamento acústico. Se necessita de um lugar para passar a noite, bem localizado e com um bom preço é vale a penas, mas se for muitos dias não indico.

experiencia razoável, fiquei no quarto 203, tv não funcionava nenhum canal, cama muito mole, fiquei 2 diárias e não houve limpeza no quarto, café da manha com poucas opções.

Bom hotel, simples e objetivo. 150 metros da praia de Iracema, em Fortaleza. Café da manha razoável e portaria 24 horas. O quarto é básico e tem frigobar. Apesar de informar que para não fumantes, o andar estava com cheiro forte de cigarro, mas não incomodou. Foi bom!!!

Hotel antigo, móveis e roupas de cama velhos, quartos muito apertados, tv antiga e sem smart, café da manhã ruim, cama horrível, piscina pequena e sem manutenção. Não merece ser nem um estrela. Este hotel está vendendo algo que não condiz com o que oferece. Caso de polícia 😡
