Ideal para passar apenas uma noite, localizado ao lado de um prédio abandonado, causando uma sensação de insegurança. Café da manhã razoável e sem boas opções para alimentação no entorno.

O atendimento da recepção é bom e são simpáticos e agradáveis.
Das camareiras também.
A cobertura onde tem a piscina e sauna tem uma vista bonita pra praia de Iracema e Meirelles.
O café da manhã é simples mas suficiente, fazem tapioca e omelete na hora.
A localização é boa pois fica a 1 quadra da praia.
Tem um supermercado bem na frente do hotel.
