Péssimo atendimento da recepção e café/restaurante, empregados mal humorados e nada prestativos. Cobrar por água potável. - inaceitável. Café da manhã instável, um dia bom outro precário, sem suco de laranja e coco, além de não haver frutas inteiras. Ótima localização, boa área de piscina (mas suja, sem manutenção) e quartos amplos.

dit hotel is helaas "vergane glorie". Alles hier ademt de jaren '70 uit. Een tijd waarin dit hotel wschl wel helemaal hip en trendy was. Helaas is het nu volledig gedateerd . Een complete vernieuwing zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Ligging is wél ideaal, vlakbij strand en op de "promenade". Ontbijtbuffet is zeker dik ok. De bar om 's avonds nog een slaapmutsje te drinken is ook helemaal niet gezellig. Dit hotel is zeker geen 4 sterren, eerder een 3 sterren. Een zeer grondige opknapbeurt zou een goed idee zijn. Daardoor zal het ook meer de prijs verantwoorden voor een standaardkamer. Deze is nu wel wat aan de hoge kant

Hotel fantástico, confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, Staff 5*, Lucas, Gabriel, Paulo no café da manhã, as 2 chefes que preparam o hot plates, a recepcionista Soraia, Rafael, enfim todos fizeram nossas férias uma das melhores. A funcionária de Eventos, falha minha não ter o nome dela, nos acomodando para a festa de Réveillon, os funcionários de Governança e manutenção, enfim foi tudo perfeito. Já estaremos voltando em Agosto para o meu aniversário:

Hotel muito agradável, confortável, ótimo café da manhã, quarto triplo frente mar é muito espaçoso! Camas grandes! Quarto duplo é bem pequeno.. Funcionários super educados e gentis! A localizacao é fantástica! Se quiser, nao precisa pegar uber pra nada. Em frente à Feirinha De Artesanato, ao lado tem Pizza Hut, Açai, Churrascaria, pizzaria, cookies, San Paolo, Loja da Havaianas, loja de biquini, farmácia, mercadinho… voltaria mais vezes!

O hotel é muito bom, voltaria com certeza. Eu e minha esposa ficamos entre os dias 12 e 24 de 2024. Ao chegarmos foi constatado um problema no banheiro e imediatamente nos ofereceram quarto muito superior ao que tínhamos reservado. Só não dei 5 estrelas por ter algumas pequenas falhas como fumantes na piscina, e tem aviso de ser proibido por lei FEDERAL, hospedes levando bebidas de fora quando também é proibido, apesar de ser mais barato. Mas se vc. seguir as normas do Hotel, vc se sente frustrado como um tolo, pagando um valor maior. Reclamei mas não houve providencias. Além do Hotel ser muito bom, quero ressaltar o atendimento Super Top de todos os funcionários que estão sempre dispostos a te ajudar e sempre com u sorriso. Reserva Jôse (chefe) e Irvana - Recepção Romilson - André - Soraia - Janaina - Wagner - Lucas Abreu - Gabriel. Café da Manhã Lucas (Metre) Aurélio e Josenildo, emais todos do restaurante que eu não citei o nome pois nãos os tinha. Tapioca Lucy e Ayla Camareira Marcelina. Desculpem se esqueci de alguém. O Hotel deveria premiar os seus funcionário que são uma equipe que só contribuem para melhorar o nome do OASIS ATLANTICO.

Quarto amplo, cama e banho OK. Destaque para o bom café da manhã, não justifica o preço. Relação custo/ benefício não satisfatória, enfim fica a sensação de que foi muito caro pelo que entregou. E para terminar, a convenção de estudantes adolescentes, aglomerados pelos corredores e fazendo sempre muito barulho (durante a noite inclusive) acabou com a chance de uma avaliação melhor.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé. Les plus : Le personnel de la réception sympathique et professionnel, une belle et grande chambre face à la mer, très grand lit avec matelas très confortable. Dans les points sans doute à améliorer : le buffet du petit déjeuner : pains de très mauvaise qualité, peu de confitures, pas de crudités, jambon bas de gamme plein d’eau,.... La piscine est très bien, mais l’eau n’était pas très propre notamment à hauteur des marches.
