Adorei a infraestrutura: 3 elevadores que, em geral, atendem bem a demanda, quartos super espaçosos, chuveiro ótimo e varal no box, algo que todos os hotéis de praia deveriam ter! O restaurante tem boas opções, o café da manhã tem muita variedade e qualidade. Mas, o que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento excelente dos funcionários! Estive no Praia Centro em uma excursão de pessoas com deficiência visual. Eram aproximadamente 50 pessoas. Os funcionários foram muito gentis e eficientes ajudando tanto nas questões de locomoção, no momento do café e em outras solicitações. E um hotel que já está nos meus favoritos e eu certamente indico! Um ponto de melhoria seria colocar voz nos elevadores. Os mesmos já tem botões com identificação em braile. Mas, não da pra saber se o mesmo parou no andar correto por falta da voz.

The single beds in Brazil are all 0.88 meters. They are used to sleeping 1.2 and 1.5 meters in the country. They are afraid of falling out of bed. This is a very good hotel! It has a great breakfast buffet, a great swimming pool, a great view of the beach, very nice beds, and a very peaceful location. The negative things I would say are very minor but they did make a difference for me. First, the staff were polite but not friendly. The hostesses at the breakfast buffet each morning were disappointing because they were the first staff I would see each day but they would never greet me and sometimes they would just coldly look me off. I stayed in a suite for 10 days, and these ladies knew it from their register, so for spending that much money I kind of expected a minimum amount of polite and respectful behavior. Second, the location is very peaceful but it is also a little far from other things so that might turn some people off. However, this is easily remedied by spending 3 to 4 bucks for an Uber. Third, I have been in windy locations but all night long the wind would whistle very loudly in my room. I feel like with a little TLC then the windows could be re-sealed or altered somewhat and this whistling issue would be completely resolved. If you are a light sleeper then this whistling wind issue might make it difficult to sleep. In summary, I really feel like this could be an excellent hotel if they would ask their staff to be friendly rather than just not rude.
