EXCELENTE CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO
Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel.

Recommended.
The hotel served our needs. It was clean, new, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was there is a lot of construction going on all around the area, which would have affected and other hotel as well, but we managed. I would stay here again.

Too many added charges
Too many extra charges
I was disappointed about the extra charge for additional devices and the one device wifi was very poor. The charge weekly for towels was ridiculous. Hotel was clean and adequate but I wont go back

Good clean place in a pinch accommodating longterm
It was good. The floor in my room was sticky and I had to clean it myself because it was not the my floors cleaning week. But they did provide a mop. Their staff was very kind and sweet. It felt like they were truly happy you were staying there. There were no pests and everything else was clean and very well maintained. The freeway is under construction so give yourself 10 extra minutes when going somewhere. It is not luxury so special requests will cost more, not sure how much, but it makes sense. I think it is a great value for what you are getting and those needing long-term housing, it really does help. I'm grateful for it.

Great customer service. I just love all of there staff from management to Office clerks and the hard working housekeeping and maintenance team that keep this place tip top.. The ppl that stay are friendly as well. It makes me feel like I’m home being there.

I stayed in this hotel for about a month or so and notified them that I had to leave town abruptly due to my mother having a stroke. I was contacted one time while away and during that call I made it noticeably clear that I was going to return and continue my stay. Once I was back in town, I checked my voicemail to find a single (one) message left saying that i needed to pick up my belongings or they would be disposed of. I returned only days after the "deadline" to find out that all my belongings had been thrown away. A lawsuit is eminent. Corporate is of no help either!

There were constantly little kids in the parkinglot. The airport is right there so be ready for them loud ahh landings. My car got broken into the night before I left. I realize this is no fault of the proprietor, but they aren't getting a full pass either.
