The hotel is convenient for the convention center and for downtown Fort Wayne. The hotel is a bit dated, but is clean. The rooms are a bit small and the beds face the window (bright when the sunrises). The hotel is also adjacent to a ballpark with frequent fireworks displays, so expect noise at night.

Great hotel and location, but even better service! I worked with Haley John’s to book rooms for a basketball team and families. She was responsive and very professional. She made the booking process easy, especially since I needed over 30 rooms. Such great service that the same team wants to book again for our next visit! Thanks, Haley!

We spent a few nights here recently and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient and within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Guest parking is located in a parking garage next to the hotel. The free WiFi is good and the signal was decently strong. Although we didn’t take advantage, they have an indoor pool and breakfast available for a surcharge. The staff is very attentive and courteous. This is definitely a hotel we’d come back to stay again.

We held a meeting at this hotel and the Banquets staff was the best I have ever seen. They were spot on, attentive and acted like they loved their jobs. So refreshing. Lil, Ronny and Levi were so helpful! Would definitely recommend having a meeting here. Helen K

We had an amazing time. Our waitress Cami was a total delight! I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fine dining experience and environment at a very affordable price! It's not often that you can find such and experience at this price point.Fort Wayne hidden gem!! Highly recommend to anyone stay here or even as a local destination get away!! Highly impressed!!

my waitress cami was great she was polite and did her job well she was fast and on top of everything she got everything i needed and i didn’t have to ask. cami was a great waitress and i recommend going and asking for her to be your waitress. she is wonderful

We were looking for a hotel that was really close to the Embassy Theater, and we found it! We could walk across the street! The room was nice, clean and nicely decorated. The only issue was that the heat wasn’t working, but actually the room was quite warm anyway, and we actually had to turn on the air conditioning! We ate downstairs at Conner’s Bar and Kitchen, it was fantastic! See my review about it. If we see another event at the Embassy Theater, we would stay here again.

Hallways are an icebox. Room service is at the most random times (6pm and someone’s in my room?). Platinum elite and my room during my stays were always off the elevator across from the ice machine. “Do you like a high floor?” “Yes that’d be great!” *gets put on 3rd floor*. $15/day parking but the gates were broken 3 of the 4 days so parking should have been free but was still charged. Rooms are fine. Location is good. But things are off. Don’t book a promotional rate, it takes an arm and a leg to get your points.

Location is great, awesome restaurants and close to the baseball diamond. Their service is of poor quality. I stayed at the hotel for one week, the hotel requires you to request the room to be serviced, I requested service multiple times and they simply ignored my request. I ran out of towels body wash and my trash cans had to be emptied by me. The gym is of good size but the cable machine is missing its accessories and the weights have a missing dumbbell. The food in the restaurant is sub par, overpriced, bland and all the staff have a decent size ego. Next time I will go to the Hampton next door.
