This is the best Homewood Suites, we stay here frequently while in the area and always enjoy our stay. The rooms have always been spotless and the entire building is well kept and very clean. The front desk staff is very accommodating and attentive to customer service.

Very nice hotel with great amenities. Nice outdoor area and even basketball court. Indoor pool was nice only minor complaint is gym is quite basic and could really use a workout bench. Staff were all very friendly as well, thank you for a great stay.

The best hotel in Arkansas. Great staff. Beautiful rooms. I would recommend business travelers and even families to stay here. They have a tasty breakfast to compliment a well-rested night. Lots of shopping close by. Their suite shop is stocked with an amazing variety of items! Will always stay here when visiting Arkansas - You should too.

This is kind of hotel that you can tell the owner care. The hotel is updated beautifully. Not only does it smell clean, but it is immaculate. We immediately felt welcome and at home. The best part of the hotel was the lady working behind the front desk, Marka. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She even walked us to the elevator, showed us the direction to the room as well as the best place to park. She could easily work at a five-star luxury hotel with the customer service she provided. I should also mention that I work in the travel industry and can easily say I do not come across this kind of customer service very often. Highly Recommend!

We stayed one night on a cross country road trip. Good setting off the highway that was quiet. Large rooms with all the amenities. Everything was neat and clean. A few restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. The hotel was more than we expected.

It was just for overnight. We got there at 10pm to check in after a long drive and they didnt find my reservation for a little bit. Apparently there were 2 of us with the same name and they checked them in as me and tried to checked me in as them. So yeah had to wait too long at the register and just wanted to get 4 kids upstairs and into bed to wake up at 7am to leave towards Branson. The beds were hard, pillows were hard, was clean

Beautiful suites with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and coffee pod maker. Spacious living room and bedroom. Nice kitchenette and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable beds. Two TVs, one in the living area and one in the bedroom. Could have better reception for the TVs though. There’s a basketball court, swimming pool, and free breakfast. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We were driving through and booked this hotel based on brand. Either we came on an off day, or there are some issues with this one holding the Marriott name. The first room we were given had a running toilet that did not flush. We moved rooms, and after checking in with our party of four into a two-queen room, found only two towels. We had to call down again. Then at breakfast, the buffet was closed, and another guest said we had to go to the Starbucks counter. The lady asked us for our breakfast card from check-in, which we didn’t have - she took our order from the menu. Then we noticed how the lobby was full of people still waiting for food. We were luckily not in a total hurry, as we waited 45 minutes. Granted, the food was good. But the poor lady at the counter and the man serving people were berated by several guests for circumstances not in their control. Obviously staffing is a problem. I wouldn’t want to be put in that position as a worker. This hotel also has very thin walls and ceilings, so every sound and step above and in the halls can be heard. The carpets in the halls also need a good steam clean. All in all, not at all what we’re used to with Marriott.

Very clean. Hot breakfast was good with a large variety of choices. There are several restaurants with a large variety of foods within a short distance. There is a large grocery store very close to get what you might need.
