Hilton Garden Inn Lawton-Fort Sill

This hotel is where I typically stay whenever I visit Lawton if it's available. The people at the front desk are aways very professional and welcoming. The staff keeps the hotel clean, and even though they allow pets, you really wouldn't know it, unless you see people with their pets. The young ladies who run the breakfast are excellent! Ms. Sheri puts my order in before I even sit down, and the breakfast is made just to my liking. This hotel is always a pleasure to stay in and the staff is second to none!!!

I really wanted to leave a one star review, but the service was so exceptional it brought the overall rating up for me. I have been in the military for twenty years and spent an accumulation of over a year of my life living out of a hotel. I stayed here for three months recently with a handful of guys. Some only had minor complaints. Some had similar issues as me. My room was unbearably hot for the entire duration of the stay. Absolutely unacceptable. I stayed up many nights sweating in my bed all night. This not only happened to myself and other guys in my group, but I heard others at breakfast making the same complaint. I have never experienced anything like this off a military installation and that is based off hundreds of different hotels. This is a known problem to the hotel. Ft. Sill and IHG need to do better I would say everything within the control of the local management office was spectacular, and all of the staff were extremely nice.

I am combining my reviews for all. The 3 a.m check in with Bethany and Julz was such a breeze. Both ladies were very attentive and friendly. Julz was just the sweetest & attentive. Alice was supportive in surprising both my sis & mom, in the process. A very quiet spot eventhough it was a fully booked hotel. Both Tina and Amanda were both helpful as well. My AC went out but ZAC came to the rescue in no time, very quick turn around time, had the golden touch and viola! Comfort in the works. Zac had a superb customer service, very respectful & professional. My only downfall is the pillows. Pillows should be upgraded to more firmer ones, too soft- had no neck support. Wonderful stay at this Hilton Garden Inn. Went for a family day and graduation at Ft. Sill and stayed over 4 nights. We had two connecting rooms and the stay was enjoyable. The rooms was clean, including the bathrooms, the beds were comfy and it was a very nice place to stay. The staff are wonderful, responsive to any requests and/or needs. We did not use the restaurant or bar so I cannot comment on that part of the hotel. (Thus the 4 star rating instead of 5 - can't comment or rate on something we did not use) If I were ever go to Lawton again I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel.

The hotel and parking are easy to find. The parking is free for hotel guests. Once I entered the lobby, I noticed how open and well-lit it was in the reception area. The reception staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast area and convenience store area are out front next to the check-in. They had a very standard hot breakfast with egg, sausage, and potatoes. I passed the exercise room on the way to the elevator. It was a nice gym with a variety of equipment. There is also a business center room. The pool was closed due to cold weather. The room was open and bright. The view was not the best, but the room was fine. Our bed was not real comfortable. It was really hard. It created pressure points on my body and kept me from sleeping well. There was a soft and medium firm pillow on each side of the bed. It had a standard-size closet. There is plenty of room in the dresser and nightstands to store my clothes. The desk is large enough to work on my computer without running out of space. The room chair and the desk chair were comfortable. The bathroom was large enough to move around. The shower was large enough to comfortably shower. I would like to have two sinks in the bathroom and an adjustable mirror on the wall. I did have a problem with the height of the toilet. It was extremely low, making it difficult to get up. I was unhappy a toilet roll was used in the tissue box. I notified the staff and they quickly provided tissue for the room. The staff is great, it’s in a good location, and the rooms are nice. Overall, it was not a terrible stay. It was pleasant and close to my intended destination.

Excellent stay from check in to check out. The staff greeted us very warmly upon entering the lobby and were very helpful with our questions. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of good shopping and dining nearby also. I would be happy to stay here during my next trip to Lawton!

****** at front desk woke us up 3 times during the middle of the night (phone calls and then an in person visit) trying to figure out whom they had put into the room. Even had to show them my drivers license at check in so why don’t these ****** know whom they had placed into the room?? Couldn’t go back to sleep after their in person visit to the room! Do not stay here if you want a good nights sleep!

Look no more--this is the BEST hotel in Lawton. It was clean and the employees are nice. The breakfast was the BEST I have had in a very long time at a hotel. It is made to order but be aware--you do have to pay for the breakfast when booking. It is not complimentary however if you pay a few extra dollars you will not be disappointed. I loved all the touches that the hotel offers especially the fruit water in the lobby. Book now!

late checked in was all good and nice staff … The Bar we were after checked in Joe ( Bar manager ) was very nice and friendly attention feel like very welcome this place … Housekeeping was nice and breakfast also pretty attention and good . For the graduation ( military ) Fort sill .. very small town with nice peoples
