Older place, nice and friendly. Pool was very clean, room was decent. Quite place. Needs some updated things but for the price it was good. Coffee was good and the breakfast was none except a pack of muffins, but the Waffle House is next door. Ice machine didn’t work on second floor but the one of 1 floor worked. No coffee maker in room but I think most motels don’t do that anymore. Overall decent place for the price. Per friendly also so that’s a plus. I will stay here again.

As a traveler I stay here a good bit. It is an older hotel. There are new ones around yes, however, with this hotel you cannot beat the price. I enjoy the pool, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I personally rather go to a smaller hotel such as this where the staff is more friendly than a bigger one that is just more as a business. Smaller ones like this like to talk and actually care. The rooms are a little outdated., but that helps with the price. Everywhere is shorthanded so I cannot blame the managers/ owners for anything. I enjoyed waking up with a nice coffee and moon pie. I also love how it is close to walmart, grocery stores, restraunants, gas stations. I get right off the freeway and its there. Don't always go by what is online. See for yourself, give this place a chance. I recommend it. Lesa

Old dirty towels made us want to sleep as fast as possible and get back on the road. When you can’t take a shower, it negates the refreshed feeling that an overnight stay is supposed to provide. Can’t say we felt refreshed. The 1/4 inch of dust on the baseboards was a nice touch, too. Dingy. That’s the perfect word to sum up the place. Remote was blazing hot to the touch and TV wouldn’t turn on. Oh, and they served moon pies for breakfast. Not like moon pies were an option along with real breakfast foods. They just put out a pile of moon pies in the morning. 2 stars because it was better than sleeping in the car.

Very very dirty everywhere in all the corners . The linen where not ironed so the bed looked not nice at all. On the floor in the bathroom where the tile/ wall meet the floor you can see that it do not get any water and soap. It needs a good scrub. Everything is very old Needs a good renovation.

I was happy with the hotel. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, the tv and internet worked. A minor issue with the refrigerator, as it had some kind of shield underneath it and you had to raise the refrigerator to open the door. The light on the outside of the unit was out, but I don't fault, as I don't know how long it has been out. The shower was hard to figure out how to use. But I managed. The biggest issue was the holes in the pavement going to the office to check in. Was worried about busting a tire! Luckily I have a small car and was able to negotiate around the holes. Those need to be fixed! There was a fair amount of street noise, so I kept the fan on to cover it.

The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I got up the next morning in terrible pain and sleep deprived. The bathtub had rings. We killed a roach in the bathroom. The toilet ran all night. The microwave timer was sticky. For some reason the refrigerator was sitting on a drip pan that made the door hard to open and close. Mold behind the light fixture over the sink. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom from an obvious leak from the second floor. Alarm clock and phone did not work. There was no light bulb in one of the light fixtures on my side of the bed. There was no manager on duty when we checked out, so I told the receptionist who just kept making a tsk, tsk sound with his tongue. The funny part of our stay was when the receptionist agreed with me that this hotel was fine for a 2-hour stay, but not overnight. It is such a shame because someone put a lot of work into making the rooms look nice, with fresh paint and colorful chairs. Management has a problem here.

Find a different place to stay Drive to the next town if you need to. Don’t stay here. The bed cover was stained. The bathroom floor was dirty. The thin mattress placed on metal springs looked and felt like a cheap sofa bed, no box springs. In the middle of the night the toilet handle came loose and wouldn’t flush, but the water ran the rest of the night. We were just too tired
