We visited Ft. Myers and happened upon this gem of a property. It has been recently renovated and is stunning! From the spacious lobby to the fire pit on the back patio. Rooms are beautifully appointed, everything is brand new including the super comfortable mattresses. The front desk team is top notch - thank you Derrick! There is a great breakfast buffet that you can include for an additional $5 on the room rate when you book. It covers the entire family ! My new go to when we visit Ft. Myers. Only a 30 minute drive to the beaches as well.

Our organization Spirit of the Gulf ( sweet Adeline’s organization ) held their weekend retreat in October. Everyone just raved over the fabulous accommodations. The staff were so friendly and helpful to all the members. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Looking forward to holding future retreats in this beautiful hotel. A big thanks to Nicole and Stephanie for making the weekend a huge success.

We evacuated from our home, on Fort Myers Beach, because of Hurricane Milton. Just the minute we walked through the doors we were warmly greeted and all the staff we've encountered during our stay were fantastic. We took our evening meals in the Oasis Lounge area and our food, each of the 4+ nights of our stay, was delicious. The Hotel never lost power and is conveniently located to be able to return to FMB during the day for Hurricane cleanup. Thank you for making the best of a bad situation.

The staff of this Crowne Plaza is always extremely polite, accommodating and professional. The property is very well kept and very clean. I have stayed here many times and the experience is always great, but this time the staff was above and beyond in taking care of their guests as Hurricane Milton made landfall just north of the hotel.

The hotel was spotless! My Mattress was so good that I took a picture of the label to purchase one for my home. Derrick at the front desk was so personable & welcoming, he’s great at his job! I was surprised to be getting breakfast included with our stay. Fitness room was perfect. Def would stay here again!

They renovated the whole hotel. The guest rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel did a great job which our large group. We had the ballroom for our meeting and they served us 2 breakfasts and a dinner. The food was very good.

The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing . Jefferson and Chase were exceptional. I was in Ft. Myers for business. One of my colleagues booked a hotel that was definitely not Crowne plaza standards, Fairfield Inn (near home goods). I didn’t feel safe and the room smelled of old carpet. I called Crowne Plaza and Jefferson booked my room right away. This was my 2nd time staying at the Crowne plaza. The bed and room are comfortable and clean. The restaurant food is good. I booked the studio conference room to for a webinar training. Nicely decorated and has all accommodations for a great meeting. So grateful for Everyone that made my stay enjoyable!

As an IHG Diamond Member I have to rate this hotel as 5 stars and one of the best in the Crown Plaza family. It is like visiting my extended family when I stay at this location for business.... from the moment of check in with Adam or Chase to my late night snack shop visiting with overnight manager Nick and his positive reinforcement on a personal level. The overall hotel is subpar as far as aesthetics and offers a full service bar/dining area. Do not hesitate to book this hotel and the staff and hotel will not disappoint. Michael

This is our third year in a row holding this training event at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers Gulf Coast. Stefanie and her team always take very good care of us! The facility and location are excellent, my room was wonderful, and they quickly respond to any requests or needs that arise. The food is very good too! We look forward to next year!
