Our non smoking room smelled like smoke, hair in the bathroom and tub. Water stains on the ceiling. We were allowed to have the puppy with us for a small fee so it served its purpose. We only stayed one night.

There were bed bugs in room 102. After waking up in the middle of the night to several on my body, and at least 5 more visible in the bedding, I went to the front desk with photographic proof and was given a different room. However, the next morning, the day manager refused to believe me, despite the picture and returning to the room where I pointed out bed bug droppings on and under the mattress. The refusal to acknowledge a serious issue because it means more work in terms of cleaning a room is unacceptable. I know I'm not the first person to have issues with bed bugs at this location, there are currently 8 reviews on Google in addition to my own that mention bed bugs. This needs to be investigated by corporate and the day manager who was working on August 25, 2024 needs to be fired.

Although the price of stay was low, and the breakfast staff was excellent, we don't recommend staying. Desk manager seemed tired and disoriented. Rough night maybe? People cooking in their rooms with powerful smells drifting down the entire hallway is kinda a turn off for us. Sorry. Entire stay was, well . . . uncomfortable. But hey, I do recommend raises to the morning breakfast staff. They did a great job!

Rooms are decent once you get there. Walking thru the halls feels like your back in the 80’s and it feels like those areas haven’t been cleaned since then either.

We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. We checked in at 11:30 at night after almost 10 hours of driving. When we got in the room there were moths on the walls. It was late and we were tired but my husband spent 20 minutes killing 20-30 months. We left them on the floor too. Why are there so many moths in the room? Then in the morning while using the bathroom, the door needs a good cleaning. The grooves in the door are dirty. When we commented to the front desk before we left, she said that all the rooms two weeks ago had moths and ours was the only one now. Also said we are lucky we got a room since they were “full”. She acted like “be grateful you had a place to sleep”.
