Nous avons reserve le samedi pour une entrée le dimanche, chek in à 15h.
A 15 h personne à la reception, appel sur le portable de la residence, pas de réponse, et ainsi de suite jusqu'á 16 h 30, et toujours personne pour nous recevoir ni repondre au telephone.

I really liked the fact that everything was close to the hotel, felt safe like i was at home. Tried many restaurant all were amazing excellent service and food..the concierge at the hotel were very helpful always smiling and welcoming. We had a great time wish we could stay longer.

Les deux nuits passées à l'hôtel ont été très bien. Seul petit point négatif concerne la douche qui n'avait ni débit et "d'eau chaude". Nous avons appris que cela était dû au restriction d'eau à cause de la sécheresse. Nous le comprenons
Nous aurions aimé que l'on nous le signale dès notre arrivée.
