This hotel was horrible! Not worth the money at all! Breakfast wasn’t even included. When we got to the room a piece of the wood fell off the area around the desk and it was right by our bed so it was not very safe. There was a pull out couch with no blankets and pillows and when I went down to the front desk and asked for these things I was told they do not provide pillows because there is enough pillows on the bed. They gave us 1 blanket for the bed, thank god we had an extra blanket in our car. I just stayed at an awesome hotel in Florida for 4 nights for the same price as this hotel for 1 night - and that hotel was so nice and clean and up to date. I think I deserve at least a fifty percent refund if not more…

We have been coming here for 11 years. We have celebrated every special occasion here from the wedding of our children, birth of our granddaughters, graduations, baby showers and so much more. Service is outstanding. We received a card after first granddaughter signed by all the staff 7 years ago. We still have it. The last 2 times we were here we met a young lady serving our drinks by the name of Brittany. After 8 months absence, we walked through the doors and she immediately treated us like royalty, remembered our order after 8 months. This is the type of employee that will keep us coming back for many years to come. Thank you Brittany, you have become our family away from home. Doug & Heidi.

I made an advanced reservation for a 2 night stay. Midway through the first night when none of us could sleep due to the poor quality of beds, we made the decision to find a new hotel for our second night. First thing in the am, I spoke with the front desk asking for our second night to be refunded. I asked for nothing for the first night's horrible sleep. This request went up to the manager and I was told it "couldn't" be refunded as it was an advanced purchase despite the poor bed quality. My advice, if you chose to stay here, don't make an advance purchase as if you have a problem, you will get no help. No one offered any other solution. It was stay or not stay, either way you will pay. We chose to not stay and had a great second night's sleep at the Holiday Inn.

The reviews of this hotel are confusing, love and hate all at the same times of stay. From my experience, the lovers may be not so real. Firstly, when we checked in, the guy at the desk was surly and glum. I inquired about housekeeping (much has changed lately) and as a frequent hotel guest I am well aware of different policies. But never have I encountered this... no housekeeping until day 4 of a stay, if you need towels, blankets, coffe supplies, trash removed, etc., you must call daily before a certain time. Or, better yet, come and get it all yourself. Every time. This information was delivered as if we were stupid for asking. The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby area is attractive. However, the guest rooms are b.a.d. Cleanliness is lacking, furniture and carpets are soiled and beat up, pull out sofa bed doesn't go all the way back in and the mattress on it is a thin something barely covering springs. The phone doesn't work, the tub is slippery, bathroom is dimly lit. Some of the glued down decor was missing but the old glue remained. On the upside, while breakfast is not included, the in-house offerings were fine and reasonably priced. The people working there were pleasant and accomodating, and the coffee was complimentary.

Stay away from this hotel you are better off spending the night in your car . The rooms are dirty Staff is rude I called the front desk because the ac didn’t stop all night it was freezing cold the front desk hang up the phone on me saying he can’t do anything about it . The worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Clean but hotel needs some updating. Front staff was friendly but seemed over worked. He was the only employee I saw working. The bar area didn’t have anyone tending it. Fine for a quick stay before flying out but not where I would spend an entire vacation.

Although the common areas of the hotel (like the lobby and hallways) looked clean and new, the room itself was very strange. The AC/heating unit didn't work right--the low "cool" setting was loud and cold and the high setting didn't work at all--the TV near the sofa was attached to the wall crooked, the sofa itself was very shabby and stained and sagged badly in the middle so that it was uncomfortable to sit on plus it seemed really dirty, the TV near the bed had different channel selections than the one by the sofa (I don't even know how that's possible), the toilet paper holder wasn't attached to the wall and both the paper and the holder flipped off the wall if you tried to use it, so we just set the toilet paper on the vanity and grabbed it from there, and there was a large round area on the room divider that looked like someone had maybe set a glass there and ruined the paint and they tried to paint over it but did a bad job so it just looked clumpy and weird. All that meant that from the doorway it looked like a nice room, but the closer you looked the more you realized it needed to be updated and renovated to be worth the price.

Stayed here four nights for a work conference. The hotel seems to be running on a skeleton crew. There was never anyone at the front desk other than when someone was checking in. The elevator wasn’t working part of the time. The signs say they will service the room after 3 nights stay. That didn’t happen. We didn’t have adequate coffee pods and when we ran out of toilet paper the fourth morning, we called down and we’re told there wasn’t anyone to bring it up. We went downstairs to get it and there was no one at the front desk. So we grabbed napkins. The air conditioner is a large in room unit and would click on and off loudly all night long. Finally the breakfast service ends at 9am. Don’t sleep in at this hotel.

It is not in the best location for family activities, but it is a clean and comfortable hotel. The size of the room was wonderful for our family of five. It does not have a pool of any size, though, and there is no breakfast provided either.
