"The hotel is in a good location, with several restaurants to choose from. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the room is of a good size, and the bedding is comfortable and clean. The towels in the bathroom are very new and clean. The breakfast is good, with a complete range of hamburgers, coffee and milk. There is a Coke machine in the lobby, and the coffee machine is available 24 hours a day, which is worth a thumbs up. This hotel is worthy of five stars, but I found a problem before leaving, and I communicated with the hotel about it, so I won't talk about it here."

"I typically stay here once a week when I’m in town. Most of the issues are minimal so I never complain. Last night, I discovered my microwave didn’t work. I was going to use the hot plate to warm my food. It didn’t work. So I called the front desk and she told me to come down and use the microwave. I didn’t want to do that at 12am but hey I needed to eat. Then the refrigerator started making my noise, which I reported this morning before checking out. So the manager calls me, ask what the issues were, kept me on hold;I guess she went to check the room, she got back on and said since i had a discount there’s nothing she can do. So basically since i have a discount, my experience is null and void. I really hate that because regardless of a discount. I’m still a gold member."
