I am a long-time IHG patron. I have been using Holiday Inn Express for years. This property is average, although I thought the breakfast at this one was a couple of notches above most Holiday Inn Express establishments in that the staff took more care in preparing the food. It looked good and was tasty.

The room was great. The breakfast room was filthy. I would not even have a coffee. The breakfast room was in one of the conference rooms as they were remodeling the hotel. It was carpeted and there was so much food debris in the carpet. I will not stay there again.

Nothing was notated on IHG website, all of lobby under renovations, no breakfast. No coffee maker in room. No coffee in lobby. Website notated all amenities with no reference to renovations and not have some regular amenities that Holiday Inn Express is known for.

Worst experience. Walked into a full on renovation in the lobby, half of the tile is missing, an old used toilet sitting the hallway. Then a pipe broke and no water, shower or toilet What a mess. Needless to say we checked out immediately No health department would allow guests to stay at hotel with no water

There are signs throughout the hotel stating that it is undergoing renovation. The hotel room we stayed in definitely needs the renovation. Furnishings are very dated and the piece of furniture that holds the microwave and refrigerator is at the end of the bed and it's a tight fit walking through this space to the bathroom. Fortunately, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I travel for work and spend half of my time in hotels so that’s saying something. The snarky black dude that works nights put me right below the construction that started right in the morning. The Dolly Parton looking lady this morning was no help. They gave me 3 hours after a 13 hour day of driving before dropping, drilling and sawing things. They gave no warning before charging us 160$ a room for someplace that can’t even be slept in

Great place to stay, clean and quiet, the bed was good as well ...the breakfast was very good and the lady who took care of it was awesome..she was on top of keeping everything filled..front desk staff was very courteous and helpful..we will stay again!!

I’m a diamond Elite member and this is the ONLY Holiday Inn that does not allow me to upgrade without changing the rate. I travel every week with the Federal government and always use IHG when available. I’ve NEVER ohad any problems…. But at Forrest City the Manager does things differently. This will be my last time with this place. I’m going to start staying at the hotel across the street. You should never be told we do things differently here.

Upon arrival at 4 pm we found out the electricity had been turned off at 8 am that morning & MAY NOT be back on until 8 pm. Fortunately, we could check into a Hampton Inn not far away. Advanced notification would have been appreciated!!! There has been no protocol set up for this problem???
Our awards night was therefor canceled - I assume this will be rectified in my account.
