To the amazing crew at TownePlace Suites, April, Amanda, Andrea, Tanisha, Damon you are the dream team. Seriously I’d love to clone you and take you everywhere with me!!! After having to make a last minute booking because a different property treated me very poorly, I was absolutely thrilled to be welcomed here. I explained how hard it is for me to sleep and they nailed it with an end of the hall room that was soundproof. The front desk was incredibly welcoming, the housekeeping staff was friendly and always asked if I needed anything. There was a baseball team there but you’d never know it. Everyone was quiet and respectful. I was extremely impressed. I have diamond with another brand but this location will forever have my business. Thank you, April, you’re truly a star and it shines through in the way you have trained your team.

Checked in very late after our flight was cancelled and all the other hotels in the area were booked up. Bed was fine - but woke early because the curtains didn't come all the way down and the light streamed in. It was quiet, however. Shower had the weakest drip of water I've seen in a hotel in a long time. The enclosure was gouged and looked pretty beat up. Had a fridge (good) - ice maker in the hallway was more practical. A/C struggled to get below 70 degrees. Free breakfast was edible - the prefab fried eggs were oddly shaped plates of yellow and white rubber. Able to heat up some English muffins but it wasn't pretty. Coffee - only bold brew. Next door to a Meijers so you can find alternative food, if you don't arrive after they close at night.

Was here for baseball tournament so this was where we had to stay. The best part about this hotel is the staff. Definitely some of the kindest people. However, they are understaffed and at times there is only one employee. So, that can make it a challenge if you need any type of assistance. The shared areas of the hotel such as hallways and lobby are not air conditioned and were extremely warm. We tried to hang out downstairs while our kids swam and it was unbearable. The warm halls mean the rooms are constantly battling to stay cool. The included breakfast was extremely limited and the warm options were inedible. The room definitely needed some maintenance. Overall, if you have to stay here, you’ll be ok. Just would never be my first choice. And definitely feel it was way over priced.

We stayed at this Marriott facility to attend a family wedding. Not only were the amenities superb, every staff member was cheerful, polite, & helpful. The site was well located. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament and could not have been happier with a hotel. The desk attendants were so accommodating with our early check in. The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Next time we go to GR, we will book at this hotel for sure.

I stay at a lot of Marriott properties, 5 different ones in May alone. This hotel does NOT live up to the Marriott stay and would not recommend. The first room we were given had ants in the kitchenette, upon notifying the front desk they sent someone within an hour to spray. Great! Except now there are dead ants and spray everywhere so they were going to send house keeping in an hour to do a through clean. That never happened, the house keeping left and we had to wait until the next day. Front desk said they’d send them first thing. That didn’t happen. I had to make several trips to the front desk, because they don’t answer the phone to get house keeping to come. And after they cleaned the ants came back and we had to Change rooms. New room smells horrible as does the hallway of cigarette smoke. So bad we bought air fresheners. Closet door is broken, paper towel holder is broken. Front patio area in front of the hotel with patio furniture smells of cigarette smoke and has ashes every where. Breakfast is horrible with expired milk in the cooler. I asked to talk to the manager who wasn’t available so I asked for a call and still have not received one. The only reason for 2 stars is the front desk staff was pleasant and the guy who sprayed for ants was nice. But do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. They clear don’t care about cleanliness or the manager about customer service.

Hotel practically looks like new and it is three years old. Nice room with full size refrigerator and very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and my request for items in my room was taken care of. Location is very convenient to airport and quiet. Will stay here again.

My family of 5 was traveling during unexpected poor weather. The staff was absolutely professional and took great care of us. Very clean, great service. I would recommend to anyone, and will be back again.
