Clean, safe, pleasant staff. Booked a twin room but the second bed was a sofa bed, uncomfortable for my friend. A normal single bed or twin single beds would have been a better option. The fabric on the sofa was very stained, you would not sit on it.
Queen bed was very comfortable.
The undercover parking had no access to the motel, we had to move the car to the small crowded outdoor parking area to get our luggage etc to our room.
Shower head hanging from the ceiling sprayed water everywhere, I couldn’t get wet without drenching my long hair which I didn’t want to do. No fan either.
Everything else was fine.

Great location
A nice 2 night stay, for Elvis Festival. Room was clean and comfy. We found Domino's and a Chinese take away, couple of minutes walk. There was a club directly across the road. Parking was on site,and easy. I would recommend this hotel,and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and spacious units
We really enjoyed our stay in Forbes and in particular our unit. The shower was a little weak and there were no insect screens on the balcony doors, so we had to run the A/C overnight.

This was literally a last minute booking for a work trip, and we were really pleased with our choice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet.
They were good value for money, and we'll stay here again next time we're in town.

Absolutely a shambles the beds are broken the bathroom is filled with mould the toilet leaks no hot water I told the manager that runs the joint he said it will just have to stay like that now that is remarkable disgusting and an absolute pit rant in disguise to my addition for the stairs it is transferred to a different sngle

Absolutely disgusting motel I am a dismayed at the beds are broken the curtains are ripped the lights are falling down the carpet is turn the bathroom is covered in elephants poop the mirror is smashed the vanity is covered with crocodile piss to manager to lick it off with his eyeballs that protruding out of his brain that swivels around in his ears that rotates with a mighty push to the armpits

The rooms are disgusting putrid filthy dusty beds are broken the bathroom has a leaking toilet the mirror is broken no toilet rolls supplied no soap no towels the shower has no hot water the microwave when I opened the door there was a dead mouse the carpet us torn the curtains are ripped
