Accueil particulièrement désagréable, je déconseille fortement. Certains sont faits pour être hôtelier comme moi Danseur Etoile! Il y a d'autres hôtels dans le coin ou je retourne avec plaisir, mais pas celui la. On ne m'y reprendra plus jamais.

L'hôtel est ''correct'' niveau qualité prix. Pas loin du centre ville mais calme. Par contre, le service est désagréable, et je me retiens dans mon appréciation. Le réceptionniste est un grand incapable et devrait changer de métier. Il nous a réclamé plusieurs fois le paiement des chambres déjà payées car il n'a pas été capable d'entrer les règlements par numéro de chambre. Il a fait preuve d'une incompétence outrageante et agressive. Reçus à l'appui, que nous lui avons présenté plusieurs fois, il a continué à nous harceler avec une mauvaise fois incroyable. Personne de l'équipe de 10 que nous étions, n'a payé le même prix de la chambre. Nous faisons un périple dans les Pyrénées, une nuit en Espagne et une nuit en France et du côté Espagnole les réceptionnistes parlent mieux le français que celui là. Il nous aurait presque fallu un interprète ''pachtoul'' pour décrypter le dialecte de ses explications. Hôtel à fuire s'il reste dans le personnel.
