Fairfield Inn & Suites Peoria East

We had a last-minute need for a hotel stay for a sports event. To start, the staff was amazing. Very friendly and professional. The room and entire facility was nice and clean. Breakfast was included and there were a variety of items to choose from. I would highly recommend this facility and would definitely stay at this facility again. I did not have one bad experience there. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasurable one!

This was a very clean hotel and the food was ok. Luckily the hotel didn’t have a musty smell so I was happy with that. Rooms were cool, clean and tidy.

Nice hotel until you get to the room. Dated and dirty. Worst of all, the sheets had not been washed. Upon pulling back the blanket, there was a dirty indentation in sheet and bed. The pillows smell like a dirty head. The bathroom had hair all over...on the floor, the toilet, sink and shower. Terrible stay and not going back.

Not up to Marriott standards. Received housekeeping once during our stay. Simply left towels. Didn’t take dirty towels, didn’t vacuum, didn’t even make the beds. There was water in the lobby when we arrived. Once it was empty it was never refilled in 4 days. Front desk said they didn’t have lemons to refill it. Front desk was always in the back room or playing on their phones our entire stay. Never once even looked up when we left or arrived back at the hotel. Overall, this staff needs some serious training.

I try to stay at Marriott hotels because they are generally consistent but I was disappointed with this one. Not great value for the money since it is outdated. I am surprised they have not updated the rooms with at least 1 usb plug or at the very least more accessible wall outlets. Breakfast was ok but went down about 10 min after they opened for breakfast and there was no coffee. Minor but still an inconvenience.

The worst bed i have ever experienced in a Marriott branded hotel. I have stayed 1000+ nights In Marriott hotels and cannot believe this experience. It was like the air mattress you have for unexpected guests at your home when you don’t have an extra place for them to sleep. Room was clean, Room had two temperatures. Too warm or too cold. Yikes!!!

I’m basically writing this review to warn other’s about the experience our niece & nephew just had while there on Saturday Dec 4th. Sunday morning they realized they forgot their toothpaste so they called down to the receptionist to request housekeeping to bring them up some. They said they would send someone so In the mean time, they went down for the continental breakfast & my niece didn’t think anything about needing her purse so she left it in their room. Well, once they arrived back they see the toothpaste & my niece notices money missing from her purse! Over $400 gone! They contact the receptionist/manager & they question the person that entered their room & of course, denied it. My nephew did end up talking to the owner & he refuses to take any kind of action or do anything. Like I first said, this is a warning review.

It’s fine. Loud A/C in the rooms. It’s dated, despite the claim it’s the newest hotel in East Peoria, and the hotel across the street looks newer. The elliptical machine in the gym doesn’t work and the treadmills are badly worn. I expect better when I stay at a Fairfield.

We have stayed at a lot of Fairfield's over the years. This was one of the best. No complaints, friendly and responsive staff, very good breakfast, and slept well. Some of the other Fairfields should visit with the management of this one about doing things right.
