Der Strand gefällt mir. Leider macht ein schrecklich lauter Club neben dran das Schlafen unmöglich und mich sehr wütend! Von 22h-3h Lärm! Viel zu laut. Dann kommt noch ein Laubbläser mitten in der Nacht. Freitag, Samsta, Sonntag ist das so. Sonst Lounge. Der Club heisst Ganesh Garden.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und bietet mit dem sehr schönen, warmen Pool, Tischtennisplatten, Minigolf und natürlich dem wunderschönen Strand alles für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub. Wir haben in zehn Tagen nur einmal für einen Ausflug nach Pisa die Anlage verlassen. Besonders geschickt ist, dass man mit der Ferienwohnung auch automatisch einen Strandkorb mit Sonnenschirmen bekommt - zusätzlicher Aufwand und Kosten für den Strandbesuch kommen also nicht auf, und wenn der Nachwuchs kurzfristig die Meinung ändert und doch an den Strand will (oder spontan zurück in den Pool), dann ist das kein Problem. Auch das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr lecker (uns schmeckte es im Restaurant in der Anlage besser als im "La Duna", das dafür mit seiner Lage direkt am Strand punktet). Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Bike-Station: Hier kann man von freundlichen, kompetenten Menschen hochwertige und hervorragend gewartete Thömus Rennräder und Mountainbikes ausleihen.

Ottima vacanza in totale relax. Ci siamo tornati dopo 2 anni e siamo stati benissimo. Un ringraziamento particolare a Valentina della Duna e a tutti i suoi colleghi che, sempre con il sorriso, coccolano le giornate. Un ringraziamento anche al personale della reception che ha saputo soddisfare in pieno le nostre richieste dimostrando disponibilità e collaborazione

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es eine Partnerschaft mit REKA gibt und es fast ausschliesslich Schweizer Gäste hat, die Italianato fehlt. Das Hotel ist gut für Familien geeignet, für ein Paar würde ich nächstes mal ein anderes Hotel auswählen. Dies ist nicht als Kritik zu werten. Hervorheben möchte ich die Bike Station welche täglich geführte Mountainbike Touren anbietet, die Guides sind kompetent und freundlich.

Siamo appena tornati da questa vacanza di famiglia, abbiamo alloggiato nei bungalow… sporchissimi, abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2 volte per farci ripulire…c’era cacca incrostata nel water e peli incastrati nel bordo esterno della doccia ( rimasti anche dopo il “ ripasso”.. allego foto)… non abbiamo parole, a parte il doverci portare tutti i bagagli a mano per i gradini e a piedi perchè dopo 40 minuti di attesa non è arrivato nessun addetto al trasporto…ma uno sporco così è difficile da immaginare…struttura potenzialmente bellissima per la posizione, ma tra invasione di formiche ( e non ci sono zanzariere) e i topi…è una vergogna… al prezzo che chiedono è un vero e proprio furto…CHE SCHIFO!!!!!!

In unserer Ferienwohnung hatte es Mäuse. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde eine Mausefalle aufgestellt, ohne Erfolg. In der nächsten Nacht kletterte die Maus in die Toilette. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir das wieder beanstandet, uns wurde versprochen umziehen zu können. Allerdings war dies an einem Samstag (Anreisetag), also wurden wir immer und immer wieder vertröstet. Außerdem wurde uns erklärt, dass wir keine Priorität haben, sondern die Anreisenden Gäste (auch die, die noch nicht da sind). Schade, dass man offensichtlich keinerlei Bedeutung mehr hat, sobald man mal hier ist. Vordergründig sind alle freundlich. Tatsächlich gibt es massive Mängel in der Hygiene, die klein geredet werden.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, casette ristrutturate e ammodernate: molto belle e con tutti i servizi, dall’aria condizionata alle stoviglie, tutto nuovo, bagno con una bella doccia. Spiaggia attrezzata e sabbiosa, peccato non ci sia una tessera che includa anche il servizio di canoe o biciclette. Questi servizi ci sono ma a pagamento extra. Bar e supermercato forniti anche se più cari della media. Animazione molto soft, spettacoli serali quasi assenti. Per il resto molto bello, passerelle poco accessibili per i disabili (c’è un accesso unico quindi per accedere al mare è necessario percorrere circa 1km).

Non siamo stati bene perchè la manutenzione è risultata scadente rispetto agli anni scorsi. Per alcuni giorni c'è stato il divieto di balneazione proprio nello specchio d'acqua antistante il resort. Ragnatele fitte negli infissi e ciocche di capelli che otturavano la doccia sono segni di una mancata pulzia stagionale nel cui contesto si è inserita anche la presenza di un topo nell'appartamento in cui alloggiavamo e che abbiamo abbandonato immediatamente nottetempo. Assistenza in spiaggia assente. Mi auguro che il servizio migliori in modo da giustificare le "stelle del resort"

siamo stati io e mia moglie dal 31 luglio al 7 agosto 2024 … sono rimasto molto stupito dalla bellezza del posto e del mare nono stante avessi dei pregiudizi . cibo buono e comunque ci sono un sacco di locali intorno al resort …vacanza molto bella anche grazie alla fortissima e bravissima animazione sempre presente e mai invasiva … tutti i ragazzi della animazione sono educati e gentili e preparati … siamo stati veramente bene
